We want you to be genuinely happy with what you ordered — not just stuck with it.

Return window

You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. Reach out through our Contact page to get started — include your order number and what's going on.

Condition

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. We can't accept returns on items that show signs of use.

Who pays return shipping

If you changed your mind, return shipping is on you. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective, we'll cover it — just let us know within the 7-day window with a photo if it's a damage claim.
